In Order to Change your Default PDF Viewer in MacOS there are just a few simple steps that you need to do. 

1. Find a PDF Document in your Finder Window

2. Right Click on the PDF Document and Hit Get Info

3. Under the Open With Tab You will see that the current setting is Preview

4. Click the Dropdown and Select Adobe Reader

5. Once Adobe Reader is Selected Hit Change All

6. Click Continue
